Cannot confirm this personally, but have read reports from parts of UK and Europe that the short-term effects/results measured over 1 to 2 years after new gun restriction laws were enacted co-incided with significant increase in certain types of crimes over the same period, wherein the criminals seemed to have become more brazen, apparently relying on their victims being unarmed, they just waltz right into their homes in broad daylight and rob them. Anyone in the UK or Europe who can corroborate this? Also keep in mind that mainstream news is not immune to being slanted to promote an agenda, not unlike dog news, for instance bull, especially pit bull - when was the last time you came home, turned on the tube and heard "today, we report the happy story whereby a child was not in anyway mulled or hurt by a pit bull, the two seemed to be getting along rather splendedly when our reporters caught up with them" ? The present day notion of news seems rather intertwined with gore - gun gore, dog gore, car crash gore, war gore, etc, and ironically got old long time ago.
How about some control-control legislation to restrict and regulate how much control controllers have over the people?..... that would be nice. Limited role for those in control..... where have I heard that before?
