Fellow GOP dudette here. I used to say and believe the exact same thing you said ($75K+/producer vote GOP, bottom feeder vote Dem). But after watching GWB carry out what his idea of "compassionate conservative" was while incurring another full trillion with a T in Fed debt, I don't feel the same way any more.

I appreciate your opinion of the 2008 housing market. I'm anticipating a move this summer (Austin or Houston). Thanks.
