Arnold,

The hardest thing about weather-related migraines is not to slip into self-pity around it -- like, "I oil pull! I liver-flush! I iodine! How can this happen to me???" And then, not to take that into the next level, which is to question all of my Curezone activities and the possibility that they have accelerated the migraines...i.e. "Maybe the detox effects of all of this stuff have placed me in a more vulnerable position." Just to stay in the often uncomfortable place of, "It is what it is."

That said, it still sucks! Chronic illness is such a different ball of yarn than a bad illness that comes and goes. In the sense that you don't know when it will come, if it will ever go entirely -- the closest thing to compare it to for me is my experience with Depression several years ago -- even in my "good" stretches of time, I was always waiting for the Depression to come back.
