I have candida/leaky gut/slight liver probs and fecal odour and have been on the program for about 5 months.

My Naturopath has told me i also have adrenal exhaustion- either from my shitty sugary diet and all the toxins from leaky gut. He asked me if i get lots of quick highs of energy and then lows, and he was spot on. I really have trouble dealing with stress these days.

Is there any suplements i can take to help them recover over time. I have started a new business which i cant get out of, and the next 6 months are bound to get stressful, any ideas to ope with stress. At the moment i break up my work with short power naps and also exercise daily ( not too strenously)

any advice is appreciated.

I never used to really get stressed at all, so this is a bit hard to come to terms with
