It's very good you found out about this now!
I've had this in mild form for years but only recently it because much worse and I found about adrenal fatigue and attributed it to it.
Many people live unhappily, unaware that what is causing this is physiological problems rather than psychological as everybody (including doctors) are saying to them.

I can tell you that since starting the vit/mineral/lifestyle/diet regime I've had a few moments of true happiness and felt really good, so I recommend that you take matters into your hands.
And of course, buy Dr. Wilson's book if you haven't already.
