I've had 3 bowel movements today. Which is highly unusual, but didn't notice a whole lot different with them.

My blood Sugar felt a little off this morning from drinking the juice, but never dropped severely like it used to. Thank god.

I'll continue taking this daily for a little while to see what happens.
