kidney stone feeling ouch! I know i will have tons of toxins...i admitt i eat garbage...

does fasting help quit smoking too? I think i heard or read that before? Also what do i need to do to start a Water Fast as far as going to the bathroom...do you need a laxative or anything to help....
i think i will try a Water Fast this weekend maybe start on fri..and see how i do?!
