Hi Catherine:

First question; Who's your chiropractor??? Astma and upper respiratory problems respond very favorably to chiropractic care. C1&2 and mid thorax.

Get rid of dairy.

Allergies is liver. Need some work.

Start drinking distilled water today, start taking a teaspoon of olive oil today, berfore bed, wash it down with fruit juice. (swallow both at the same time)

It'll take some work but if you stick with it in 6 months you'll have your life back.
No more nebulizer, drugs or anything. Time to get healthy.
