In my opinion there are either (trauma emotional base to anxiety/depression/panic)

or its due to malfunction of the body, ie low adrenals..low thyroid and over toxicity, but again behind malfunction of the body can be also emotional causes.

when you are ill and your energy is low are you feeling really positive? No !
