Here are some cures i'v found on the internet which might help you,
-Glycolax/MiRalax
-Enemas
-Excessive amounts of probiotics
- Liver Flush aqnd a colon cleanse
-Organic flax seeds & rhubarb root or turkey root
-Niacin 100mg
-Intestinew
-Phsilliam seed husks
This might help you and it might not. i dont know much about getting rid of fecal odour but i do know its either got to do with renewing the intestines, or clearing the colon, or strengthening the sphicter or tmau hope i help you goodluck
