Thanks for that info. I see that you posted it over a year ago but its new information to me! =)
Just one question. I have scar tissue build up in my small intestine (due to Lyme disease and Mycoplasma Fermentans) so I get lots of constipation as a result. Also my back is so tight that it stopps the parastalsis from working. Is this flush still ok to do even though the small intestine lumen is so narrow? I can pass some stool every day but its small quantities, in pieces and sometimes diahrea.
I use coffee enemas with some celtic salts and Epsom Salt which really seem to help me.
Now onto my question you mentioned 2 full enema bags of very warm water can i use lemon with that or Epsom Salts ? Or should I just keep it simple and use only warm water?
Thanks for your time you seem like a very nice person,
Brad

Hi Brad, I recommend that you use a home-enema kit, which you can purchase from walgreens for about $14. i also recommend that you transition to 100% raw food and you practice the colonic every single day. This should get you back on the normal path. Raw is very important in your case because you need to recupurate. I advise against using a coffee enemas and also i don't recommend using anything in your warm water enema bag besides... well, just that, warm water. the only thing that i think is acceptable is your own urine. this is going to help adjust the scar tissue cells in the proper DNA manner. Cleansing with my egg/oil/lime method is just an organic way to get shlack out, but when you go 100% raw, you are going to have a regular bowel movement / hopefully / and you are going to be on a constant cleanse with that diet. Eggs are included and citrus, as well as oil, so this is part of the raw diet that you need to adopt in my opnion. Please let me know the progress of your health and I wish you a terrific and fruitful new year!
love and blessings,
Tsetsi
