I'm going to stick my neck out and say that you should continue and finish the Antibiotics you have been given. There is a time and a place for Antibiotics and this is one. Ear infections are dangerous things. To do half a course of Antibiotics is seriously not a good idea.
I have had ear problems in the past and grapefruit seed extract is really good stuff to get rid of wax and yeast but if the area becomes in any way sore or inflamed you must stop. Some times it works and some times it doesn't. Also, for some reason oil (olive) also irritated and worsened the condition. Water based products were better for me.
I don't think you have "parasites" in your ears. I think (probably because of leaky gut, most likely as a result of parasites) you have food sensitivity issues. In my case, ear problems were ALWAYS linked to dairy products. When I cut out dairy the problem went. I can handle dairy occcasionally but if eaten over successive days and for as long as a week, the wax/itching will start up. At least the condition is now under my control and no longer an issue.
Another thing: I used to swim alot (and underwater) and had a lot of ear problems. I swam in public chlorinated pools. I remember my doctor at the time pointed out that I might have eczema in my ears triggered by the chlorine. This was definitely true. Once I used ear plugs I was ok.
