thanks for writing but the question was about vitligo not the dark circles per se.
For the dark circles I read many years ago that it is kidney related. I've also read many people's posts asking what to do about this and there really doesn't seem much of a cure for this. It seems harder to fix than Psoriasis or maybe we just aren't in as much pain from it, it just looks unattractive.
