Some great suggestions.
I noticed this happening about a year maybe 18 months ago, I don't remember, maybe longer. I always put this undermakeup on to cover my dark circles, since I was about 20, (I'm 49 now), but my aunt who never wore makeup had it I seem to remember.
I've done some parasite cleansing but maybe should do some more. I have Clarkia but alot of people here seem to really like Humaworm (I think that's what it is called).
I've done about 9 LC in the past 12 months.
Funny thing about the Cayce suggestions is I've been wanting to do castor oil packs on my abdomen for a long time, just can never seem to get the flannel or figure out what it actually is.
I can get look into the tincture of ragweed too.
I've had alot of stress in my life for as long as I can remember, I'll tell you that much.
I take Iodine now, I did put some on a very small skin tag that I had on the outside of my eye and that tag has come off. Maybe I should try all these preventive measures for sure but also a little Iodine mixed w/ coconut oil? Could I use castor oil or olive oil or sesame oil?
