this is my first fast ever and I chose to do a 30 day(today is day 15)doing great and it was wonderful to read this,I found alot of the same things I have been experiencing.I actually had a dream I ate something and woke up feeling guilty as hell!I am determined to finish this and am already strategizing how I will maintain and when my next fast will begin.so far lost 11lbs.which is amazing for me,my thyroid does not function and I have actually trained for 2 triathelons and completed them without losing a pound.this has been great.
