I'm new to this board. I was looking over the foods that are good for A's. I couldn't find pasta listed under any of the catergories. Does anybody know if it's a beneficial or avoid food for A's? If it's beneficial, please let me know what type of pasta (wheat, rice, etc.) so I'll know which type to buy. I looked at all the types of flours and wondered if I should go by the type of flour found in pastas to determine whether it's good for A's or not.
Also, is oatmeal okay for A's? I'm talking about just the plain old oatmeal you buy at the grocery store. Like the kind by Quaker. I eat Bob's Red Mill Organic Oatmeal though.
Thanks for any help!!!
