Not at all. Mostly cause no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't believe that cigarettes were not bad for me, or that eating all that junk would result in anything good. And I think it would take just as much effort for me to change my beliefs on the matter as it does to just try to do (what I believe) is the right things for my body.
