They use to sell very tiny pillows of muslin fabric with herbs inside it at some stores years ago to use for oral problems. It might be good to make some with kelp. You would place them on the problem spot and the saliva would moisten the bag and slowly release it's healing properties.

Better: Just keep taking kelp with the ML drink.
