It's day 1 of preparation for the LF, I dring all the 32 ounces of Apple Juice in the morning. 45 minutes later, I'm on the train sweating because I have to pooh and pee so bad. I finally make it to the bathroom and let her rip. I peed for 3 minutes straight! (no interruptions)Then I poohed something awful. All day I've been feel naseaus and have horrible headaches. Does this mean I have a lot of toxins in me or that I have an intolerance to apple juice?
