I have done two of these flushes and have had remarkable success. I've been on cleansing diets for a long time, but the ELO cleanse has produced some strange things that I'm glad are no longer in my body. I also feel that a lot of chemical toxins are stirred up for several hours afterward. I always do enemas afterward.

I've only tried sunflower oil, but plan to use this flush for the next few weeks, varying the oils from time to time.

The most successful flush was the first one, where I had been eating very lightly and only raw food the previous day. I don't digest well yet, so I have to prepare my body for it the day before.
