I am thinking of trying this as it seems a little gentler than the Epsom Salt flush. :) I have fresh eggs from a friend's farm. I don't know if they would be considered high omega 3, but they are free range. Are they ok? also, would it be fine to use conventional limes? I use organic mostly, but I would have to drive 30 minutes away to get organic and I really don't want to drag my 4 kids along to do that when I don't need anything else from that store right now. It would be much easier to drive to the corner store and get regular ones and I could start right away. Thanks for your insight.
