I'm light skinned, with red hair and freckles though my family is from Italy. I've seen this pigmentation thing in my older relatives, who had olive skin.
I'm not sure how to check my melantonin production.
So, I wonder if I should try it there? Maybe mix it with some kind of oil? And do it after work so there are no Iodine stains on my face.
