Nice to see you posting more clarification.
I have done your cleanse many times and that
says a lot since I was not sure I would be
able to down raw eggs. The mixture tastes
good to me and after the first time it was
easy for me to use a chopstick, stir it up
and use a straw to suck it down. Ah....
I think it is gentle and an easy way to
maintain good liver health. I do not have
a problem with enemas so this is a good
alternate cleanse for me. I still do the
Hulda Clark one, but like you have also said,
I think it is important to allow the body
to integrate these cleanses and it seems
my body is not as stressed by the lime/egg
flush so I tend to do it more.
Thank you for sharing it...it is really
nice to have an effective alternative.
