HI.
I tried your method of egg and limes today. I have questions, please.
1. can I use lemon instead of limes and how many?
2. Do we supposed to have the urge to go to toilet after that? For me, nothing is happened! I felt bad that I had oil and egg in my body and did nothing.
3. HOw long that I supposed to do this thing? A week? is it safe?
4. Is this method help clean the liver and gall bladder?

Anyway, thanks for answer my questions.
God bless.

Hi Mary,

It is nice to hear from you :) To answer your questions, here is my responce:

1.I recommend using limes in combination with Eggs. The chemical formula of the lime mixes better with egg yolks, so that it tastes much better and it therefore cleanses better! You can try it with lemons, but it would just be a pain to consume.

2.No, you are not supposed to necessarily have the urge to use the toilet. In fact, you are supposed to allow some time and then use the enema to flush out the gunk. This gunk is not very bulky, so it is not going to create a natural urge. It is a light-weight very black gunk that this extracts from the liver.

3. You can do it once a day, three days a week. then rest for 3 days and then do another row of 3 days, again once a day. Yes, it is very safe. In fact, you can do it every day for as long as it tastes good to you.

4. Yes, this method flushes the liver as well as the gall-bladder, as they are intricately connected.

Love and happy new year!

Tsetsi
