OK< I want your opinion on this as I want to do this lime flush.

I often do the lemon/olive oil/water/lecithin, flush?? nothing happens much with my bowels that is for sure. So i want to try this lime flush, but i want your opinion on some things.

Is this harsh? as I am 80 years old, but it good health, but do have a lot of problems with constipation and I am gluten intolerant, so i have to take magnesium every night or else i probably wouldn't go at all.

also I have a rectocele and i cannot take enemas, so do you think since i am usually constipated maybe i should take 2 magnesiums or one mag and one swiss kriss (natural laxative, herbal), I know you are not a Dr. i am just looking for an opinion.

thanks, Lee (female)

Hi Lee... wow, you are 80 years old! ... first of all, congratulations! i commend you for taking initiative in your natural healing process and deciding to go through with this cleanse.

To you though, i would recommend the following:

You should stop eating all cooked food. that's is all i would recommend. Don't do this flush, because it is quite powerfull and you deffinitely need an enema afterwards. If you cannot take an enema, do not try this method simply because the waiste matter is quick to stick to the intestinal walls and without water, you can hardly get it out. i do not recommend this for you. But i do recommend that you immediately become a raw foodist. You will get to look about 10 years younger after about a year of practicing.

Good luck and Happy New Year to you and your family!

love,

Tsetsi
