Hi,
If you drink the stuff right before you go to bed b/c it makes you tired, then when do you do the enema? Will I be able to sleep all the way through the night? If I do the enema the next morning, how long does that take? I've never done an enema before. And when you said to drink it for 4 days, do you do it 2 times a day for 4 days?

You would do your enema following your nap. If you go to sleep for long hours, do not worry, you would still be able to do a successful enema cleansing.
