Something I wanted to add, unless we love others unconditonally, we hold ourselves out of vibrational alignment with our Inner Being/Soul/God light .. because, whether it is comfortable to acknowledge or not, our Inner being only knows love.

Our Inner Being is them and they are us. We are all as one, just having a physical experience together. When we forgive them, we forgive ourselves and vice versa. When we love them, we love ourselves and vice versa. There is no disconnection when there is vibrational alignment.

So, whenever we do not love fully, pain finds us.

So, when we use our abilty to turn our thoughts downstream, find the joy that is us, without the need to modify anothers behaviour, there is a wonderful feeling of relief. Relief takes us back to vibrational alignment.

That is unconditional love for self and others.
