i still don't know where they are putting the injection. if it is in the mouth, don't get it. there is no need to test for local anesthetics, that is baloney. make them sign a paper saying they will use a non-epinephrine, non-vasco-constrictor, write it up yourself, then write in the brand name of the one they use. i do not trust this office. the info they are telling you about cavitations, is false. it has nothing to do with age. it has to do with the periodontal ligament. the ozone machine will not cure caviations either. this place sounds like they are very reluctant to do cavitations. and, it sounds like they do not know what causes them or how to properly find them. you can go if you want. i think it would be a waste of money. i am not sure they clean it properly, as they didn't say exactly what they do. that makes me suspicious; "Your information regarding our procedures for surgery is comparable to ours........the area is cleaned, the bone cleansed......" is not a good enough answer. the fact they don't say they use an aneseptic solution is very odd. i wish i had a dollar for every medical office that says this: "It is important to remember that each person is different and I believe that is why our practice is different from others." i think it is a ploy to justify the money they get. this implys that other offices treat everyone's mouth the same exact way?? well, anyway, that's my two cents.
