White nut-looking things were about the size, color and shape of a pine-nut (pinion) cut in half. I only seem to see them with 'normal' bm's...not after a flush (the last of which rendering an entire collection of weird stuff you might find in a gravel pit, includeing the 3.5" deal fluke!) Frankly I don't closely inspect the 'normal' bm's, just the loose stuff after a colon cleanse or liver flush.
