I decided I was going to eat today. While, I was at the restaurant, I made sure to bless my food and tea. Then I thought about the food, the thought about eating, the thought about healing. I was thinking that healing can occur while eating, not necessairly just through fasting. I thought about the reason I want to fast and realized I could do all I desire while eating.

I still want to fast though. I desire to just abstain from eating for a period. In the process, I know I must 'see the changes' I desire, as well as feel them. I AM intending the process to be one which assists me in many ways.

I am getting a printer soon (it is on backorder) and will be printing ALL (or pert near, all) of these posts you have on achieving the LOA. I am still listening to the cds. They are great. Actually, will be watching the dvd, this evening.
