Did you find that giving up the bread was easier on mms or did it still take a certain amount of will power?

I love bread. I love all kinds of bakery products and I am chock full of yeast. So far the mms hasn't had any affect on this. (4 drops & 12 drops a day). I am starting to think that unless I seriously modify my diet I am never going to have any success. I'm just not good at the whole will power thing.
