I haven't been able to find much on this issue in regards to iodine, and the halogens/metals.

I did have a difficult childhood, and have held on to alot of garbage from those years to this day. Lots of weird problems, and some really bad emotional abuse from my mother.

I know anxiety has alot to do with adrenal problems, and thyroid as well. Like today I went to the store and I was SO ON EDGE I could barely walk around the store. Sometimes it's gone now, sometimes it's super intense and I can barely talk to the cashier.

Any info regarding this really disturbing type of phobia and Iodine/detox?
