Whitebeach you are right to have those questions/doubts, we all have.

I'm sure Fireguy will show up soon to clear up things. Meanwhile I can tell you I read from him that he actually started with Stabilized Oxygen, not Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Both are in essence the same thing, but in different concentration. He started taking it 4 years ago. And yes, he is very knowledgeable and even more, he's very supportive. I hope that if you are patient enough to know him better you will agree.

I'm sure you can find what I mentioned if you look at the first pages of the forum.
