for printing somewhere (I can't find it now) about the two-hour wait (as opposed to 1-hour) with vitamin C after taking iodine, and then the two-hour wait for the salt-push.

I've been going backwards in the thyroid department, and so far, this feels like it's working for me. I'm warmer and voice is getting more normal, so this is working for me. I'm taking 50mg of Iodoral twice a day on empty stomach, and taking 1500mg of the vitamin C two hours later, and doing the salt-push (1/2 tsp) two hours after that.

(total of 100mg Iodoral, 3000mg vitamin C, and 1 tsp of realsalt daily)
