Why do you suspect flukes?

If you have them they live in the biliary ducts between the liver and the colon and are easily flushed out with a liver flush, if you have them you will see "tomatoes". What you describe as crawling sensations under the skin might be Ascaris or tapeworm. Try Humaworm or Barefoot MH dewormer. Good luck
