I LOVE it - its FULL of different everyday cases of "problems" and how to get yourself into an allowing state. It also had a free 45min CD of a workshop which is fantastic.
I can really recommend it as its real life stuff.

I also got the book "Law of attraction" finally.

So I got lots of gread material to study - I just have to decided which to read first :-)
