I am on my 3d relapse; each time, it's worse.
Since 9 years elapsed between each relapse, I thought I was cured once and for all each time.
I was on a diet with very limited sugar, eating mostly bio foods; In my view, even if you don't have candida, refined Sugar is bad.
I relapsed nevertheless; each time, my relapse came as a result of a long period of stress, and trauma.
So don't ever think you are totally safe and that you can forget about candida. Stay alert!
