Hello All,

I'm getting 3 mercury fillings removed tommorow. I would like to know what I can take to supplement the mercury removal process. I'm sure mercury will get stirred up in my system. I'm relatively new to all this, I want to remove it all with minial side effects. Here are my ideas, should I take NAC supplements? Vitamin C? Activated Charcoal beforehand? Or blend Cilantro (I just read that here) and drink it? I've already got a Spice4Life (original version) I'm currently taking. So if not, or any, how much, how often, or anything else. Finally what are the best composites to put instead?
