"I have been reading a lot of articles saying how America is the Mystery Babylon. If this is the case, where is a safe place to relocate to? The other question is when do we relocate there?"

You are being controlled by fear.  All bible prophecies were fulfilled by the time they were written.  It is a well known technique that was used by both OT and NT writers.  The book of Revelations all applied to Rome and was fulfilled at the 90 AD time it was written. 

God is love, god is not fear.  Learn to love yourself and you will love life and will be richly rewarded.
