Have to agree about the doctors, sad but true. If it was an ear infection brought about by the detoxing, then I suppose that would warrant a visit to the doc's. But they are more hassle than they are worth.

My appetite has been nil so far. The feelings in the ear are compounded by the usual feelings of lethargy and mental confusion, although today I feel as though I have a cold or something too.

Todays diet will be just orange juice, an apple and I may have some boiled wholegrain rice mixed with peas later on.
