I also remember when I saw Master Yu, I was very surprised that there were only a small group of us. For a master of his calibre, I would have expected thousands to gather. But he said not many were tuned to his vibration, so not many would be able to recieve his empowerments.

Something could be right in front of someone's eyes and if they are not a vibrational match for it, they won't see it.
