A sure way to test if it is a liver fluke is by using rubber gloves inspect it and try to rip it apart, you will see its tough almost like leather, and definetly NOT like tomato skin. An easy way to tell if you got flukes is doing a liver flush, I have passed 30-50 flukes at once when doing a liver flush.
