I had 60-75 ml's of castor oil orally and went to sleep right away. Have been starting the warrior diet too so spacing my meals apart giving the digestion trace time to heal.

also have been rubbing it into all of my glands and lymph as I have had a lot of detoxing recently and they have swelled up a bit especially under my arms and in my chest. It's gone down since the castor oil and my energy is coming back in leaps and bounds I have even been doing sprinting.
