Thank you! Actually went and read after postings. Did the mixed 10 capsule enema 30 minutes ago with no problem and no urge to expel. I have a specialist appt on Jan 22, so it will be very interesting to see how I progress by that time.

I do plan to do gentle yoga as well as walking during this time to keep flexibility (especially with my lower back).

I'll start reporting progress daily beginning tomorrow.
