it's also because I am HIGHLY flawed in my own sense but I tend to just go for it anyways..as much as it hurts and how painful it is. I am NOT perfect by any means but I try my best to overcome my fears as much as I can and I really do expect others to have the same level of drive/commitment..i was not normally assertive nor direct before but in time after doing it so for so often it just became so..
