I think you have to start with the back door first - the colon. I never wanted to do this, but consider myself 100% wrong now that I've done it. You wouldn't belief what you harbour in your colon and how much easier it is to eliminate afterwards. I never had constipation problems so didn't believe I had to clean my colon.

I used a simple 5 day Bentonite clay, ginger powder and psyllium powder mixture taken 5 times a day with water or apple juice, (done while fasting or not eating anything but the mixture) along with laxative capsules, to begin my colon cleanse.

Now I'm cleaning my whole GI tract by doing salt water flushes and consuming various parasite-killing foods such as homemade chai with lots of ginger and clove, and lots of salad dressing with tons of raw minced garlic, turmeric, cayenne, fresh lemon juice and EVOO. I do enemas 1-3 times a day and get white worms out EVERY time - I can't believe it since I've been doing this for about 3 weeks or more. I'm stepping it up today and going to consume even more salad dressing, cuz that clearly kills the worms. I've had out nests and very large ones, in other words, all visible stages of Ascaris worms. They have clearly been living in my small intestine, since my colon was flushed out repeatedly and wasn't showing signs of having much left.

I don't believe you have to start with expensive cleansing kits - I did that last year and was very disappointed in the one I got, which I paid hundreds for. The basics are best.

However, in the future I will probably order Barefoot's dewormer and LBB. His site is linked on his CZ page.
