If you have gas then you need to look at your food combining. Gas is caused when food ferments and putrifies in the digestive tract. If you have gas there is an inbalance somewhere in your digestion.
Take a look at what you are eating. Perhaps consulting some books or a holistic nutritionist might shed some light.
