I am interested in doing a water fast.

I have psoriasis.

Can I deworm while doing a water fast?

Is there a guide page on how to do a water fast?

Anything special to eat for a week before I start a water fast?

Anything to be aware of while doing a Water Fast so I don't get in to trouble?

How do you safely break a water fast?

How long do you water fast?

Do you eat/drink anything else while doing a water fast? Lemon juice? Sea Salt ? Anything?
