I've noticed quite a difference between different brands of ibuprofen. Motrin works well for me, as does Advil Liqui-Gels. And yet, Advil tablets don't work nearly as well for me as Motrin tabs.

Oh, and I am with you on the tumeric. Metagenics makes some great products for inflammation. There UltraInflamX is awesome!
