My tongue was black and I had alot of sinus issues dribling from my mouth while sleeping and just about all the other issue that you have had. Be sure it is not some weird tooth infection. My mouth was x-rayed at least three times since I have been really sick. All the times but the last it was deemed okay by the denist. I had an old mercury crown with a crack root, it was extracted. I seem to be getting well very fast now. My take is this infection lowered my immune system leaving me wide open to be infected by parasites, candida and bacteria. Even though the odds are against it I am hopeing this is the only tooth causing me problems.
